Most people believe that eating more will help them build muscle. However, it’s the quality of food that counts not quantity. Another thing that unsuccessful bodybuilders do is train excessively. While working out is the main way to grow muscles too much of this can actually slow down muscle growth. It is therefore safe to conclude that unsuccessful bodybuilders fail to observe the balance of training, feeding and rest. This balance is necessary if they are to achieve any of their bodybuilding goals.
